Staff are very professional and very pleasant from the time I called to make the appointment at 8:30am until I left their office at 6:00pm. They really cared about my dog and asked a lot of detailed questions about him. Dr Gemmell is so knowledgeable and where most vets dont agree with preparing your own dog food, he gave me great recipes to give Dolce. He knew within seconds what skin disorder my dog had and didnt go over the top with blood tests, biopsies and x rays - it was very in expensive and the remedy worked. I highly recommend Cornell Animal Hospital!
