Hearing Assessment Services

Front desk clerk is extremely bitter and unprofessional. Tries to make you feel unwelcome because you don't have cash or a cheque and they don't take debit...who doesn't take debit!! No reminder call given for an app't made by my doctor 3 months ago, so I was not informed that it would cost $ or that they only took cash or cheques. Then she announces to teh entire waiting room that my son was referred by a Psychologist....really unprofessional. Audiologist nice, friendly and professional though! Just really unpleasant dealing with the front desk clerk
