Terrible customer service. Terrible workers. I ended my membership and confirmed with the owner it was cancelled and still got charged my monthly fee. The owner tried to pay me out of her pocket for the mistake. This is very unprofessional. I have not been to the store since October and I have continued to be charged fees. This company just wants your money and doesnt care about the customers. I do not recommend.
