Copa Cabana Steak House

My family and I went to the Bronsons Steak House to celebrate my parents anniversary. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the waitress we had was wonderful. I don't know if it was just the night or the chef but our experience with the food was horrible. It seemed like quite a long time to wait for our food but the atmosphere was pleasant and it didn't seem to matter. When we received our food mine was flavourless and cold. I decided not to say anything as there were 2 people at our table whose steaks were cooked medium rare when they had asked for medium well. The waitress was great and apologized and went back to cook the steaks properly. When she came back the steaks were still medium rare. One person in our party opted to eat theirs but another had to send it back again and ask for it to be well done. The waitress came back again and the steak was Medium rare again. Unfortunatly for a $20+ steak this person couldn't eat it but didn't want to send it back. I probably will not be eating at this restaurant
