Purchased a purse from the store not even 2 days later it started coming apart took it back the sales girl said we had to wait for the owner. The owner fixed with super glue called and said my item was ready for p/u they would not refund or offer any compensation for the two trips we had to make back to the store. I wanted a refund it is pretty sad that this is the kind of service they offered. She was very rude to me.
