Courtesy Cab

I'm a patient person but have been frustrated by needing to wait a minimum of 25 minutes past the promised arrival time each of my four dealings with courtesy. The drivers are nice. I just wish the dispatchers would be honest. They certainly care more about profiting maximally from their time... At the expense of their customers.
