This is not the same Lorentz Kitchens of old. New owners now rule the roost, and they seem to have little or no interest in doing anything right. We got a kitchen with major deficiencies that are being ignored and a specialty shelf meant to hold a heavy record collection that has been deemed unsuitable and unsafe. They do not listen and create and install things that don't measure up (literally) and don't resemble in any way what you instructed them to build. Calls and e-mails then go unanswered and small claims court, sadly, comes into play. The owner of this company - the only guy with any real cabinetry skills it seems - has another full-time job and is hardly ever around. Avoid this company and hire professionals.
