Deluxe Cleaners

I only have 1000 characters so: - Brought in a new pair of H&M pants due to 2 food oil stains - Have had similar pairs dry cleaned over the course of a year with no ill results - Picked them up - stains not removed (not all can, that's ok) but extremely noticeable angled marks (from ironing?) on the fronts and backs of the legs - Had them re-cleaned - no change, if anything worse - Staff told me they had not seen it before and told me it could be over ironing - Spoke to manager on the phone - told me he's seen this 1000s of times and it could be due to me folding them and that they were cotton and could do nothing for me - Explained to him my usual cleaner had cleaned near identical pants for a year with no similar results - No refund - basically paid to have my pants ruined and cannot wear them in a professional setting - All parties were polite and respectable, though the manager was a bit pushy on the phone - Would NOT recommend - poor customer service and poor results
