Le Paradis is a bustling bistro that has served generations of residents from Summerhill, the Annex, Forest Hill & Rosedale with an ever changing menu, which is posted daily on our website. Typical selection may include a spicy Caribbean "Blaff" of mixed fish, rabbit braised with onions, garlic & peppers, sweetbreads sautéed with Madeira, Alsatian "Choucroute", roast chicken with tarragon, veal kidneys in a port wine sauce, and a selection of grilled meat or fish. For starters there are soups, salads, charcuterie, mussels (in season). Fruit tarts, sorbets, crème caramel, chocolate mousse are all made in house.

A fantastic French restaurant that only locals and those in the know enjoy. Three highlights of this place are the quality of food, the variety of dishes and the price point. No where in the city can I have a sophisticated meal with wine and tax and tip for $30-$40. The restaurant is well laid out and occupies a number of different spaces in the lower level of a Bedford Avenue office building. A rear patio provides a nice summer ambiance and the row of walk in tables facing the open kitchen are an engaging view. Good wines, great food, traditional French servers qui parlent Francais and a price that can't be beat. You'll love it here, my promise to you.
