In 2005 Fabrizi Roofing installed shingles on my roof directly onto the wooden substrate without installing underlayment or felts under the shingles as required by the Ontario Building Code. I recently had to install a totally new shingled roof because water was leaking into my home and causing damage to the ceiling. Avoid these criminals.
