Vinyl-Tek Shutters

Terrible customer service especially with the afternoon shift receptionist. Order for shutters was made over a month ago and made four appointments in that time - with the last two being canceled without any notice. Receptionist would cut you off and put you on hold, or just leave you on hold and not get back to you. Was told manager would reach out to us but that also did not happen. Better to go with another company if you want to get your shutters put in on time. Unreliable, terrible service and staff has no basic level of human respect.
