The after sales service is bad and there is a leaking problem for my new Aurora townhome that is purchased from Treasure Hills/ Green park. We had reported the leaking problem to Green Park since April 2017. A year has passed and the leaking is still not fixed and it causes damage to my hardwood floor, the ceiling of the second floor bedroom, the bulkhead and the wall. We couldn't even install window curtains. It's window supplier, Brown's window had came few times to change the door horse shoe and adjusted the height of the door trims but the leaking is never been fixed by doing so. Every times it rains, it leaks and it becomes more severe. The leaking problem has caused myself and my family tremendous stress and I had to take off from work for the repair and it causes me to suffer not only emotionally but also financial loss. Overall I had terrible experience with my first Green Park Home.
