Kama restaurant is named for the Indian goddess of love, 21st Century Design and Professional Chef's especially brought in from India. Located in the Entertainment district, Kama is just steps away from St. Andrews subway station, the theaters and right across from the Roy Thomson Hall.
Choose from an extensive buffet or order from the a la carte menu, both of which offer veggie or chicken pakora, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, lamb chops masala, eggplant bharta, saag chicken, vindaloo, or the subtly-spiced mushroom kaju muther.

It's always a little tense eating dinner before going to the theatre. If any part of the process goes more slowly than expected, one might be late for those expensive tickets! Now we have a regular plan; we eat at Kama before the show. Delicious buffet with a wide variety of tasty food, including "regulars" like Butter Chicken and Channa Masala, but also delicious Cha'at specialties which are much less commonly available in Toronto. We discovered it last month and returned the following week to eat there again!
