Definitely my favourite of the Mark McEwan restaurants. I've been here three times (all for Winterlicious or Summerlicious) and have been impressed each tme. The staff are courtious and attentive. The food being offered is still amazing for the it being a special. I've had excellent salmon here (similar to Bymark , prepared to 70%). For next anniversary will be going back to try their restaurant without the special options to see if it's even better (for Bymark surprisingly there was no huge difference). Mark out of 10 = 9
