I'd give Ace a zero if I could. Leanne, the manager lied about the truck having problems but the driver said no the other driver called in sick. She yells at you on the phone and if she doesn't want to hear what you say she just hangs up on you. They never call to let you know your shipment is going to be late. Don't think of calling Jim the president of Ace to complain since obviously customer service is not his main objective. Horrible company, take your chances with your shipments if you even get them
