very well organized and has a large number of classes to chose from. come in for ashtanga, hatha, etc AND their hot yoga studio uses dry heat! very different from other hot yoga classes i've been to. The dry heat makes you sweat less but warms you up more, which mean you really have to turn your mind on and be "in the moment on the mat!" :D
