We hired McNally Piano movers last week to do a move for us today. They were scheduled to be there between 12-3. We received a call from Amber Piano movers around 10am to confirm the pick up between 12-3, saying that McNally requested they do the pick up for them. We made the arrangements and made sure to be home from 12-3. We received a call at the pick up location informing us that they would be there between 3 and 4. At 4:30, I contacted Amber Piano Movers to find out their ETA. He refused to provide us with an ETA, only told us that it would be sometime before the end of the night. We told him it had to be no later than 8pm. He assured me that he would be leaving his current location in Bolton within 1.5 hours. At 7:50, I contacted him yet again and asked where he was. He said "oh, well I guess it looks like I'm not going to make it tonight." As if it was no big deal and that we hadn't been sitting around for EIGHT HOURS waiting for him. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
