Brentwood Shoe Repair

I took four pairs of woman's shoes in today to get new heels put on. Two were repaired fine (at a high price). But on the third pair, the owner broke the pin in one of the heels (and refused to take responsibility for the error or even fix the heels at all). On the fourth he grinded down one of the heels, until it was 8mm shorter than its partner, then refused to repair them at all, because they were 'too dangerous" (Again refusing to take responsibility for the work he had done). I used to take my dress shoes to this store every year for repairs, however under this different owner, I will have to look for a new repair store. Warning: If you value your shoes at all, stay well away from this shoe repair shop.
