went to this salon for laser hair removal, eyebrow threading and VellaShape treatments.The customer service is outstanding. The receptionist is always friendly and professional. My esthetician (Alpa) was attentive, did her job well, and gave me helpful tips on post-care after laser hair removal treatments (I can compare this to other salons where they didn't tell me anything). I've done SIX laser treatments on variety of areas, and did not have any problems with burns or sensitivity. The prices are reasonable, and they offer variety of specials on their website. When you book the appointment, they email you a confirmation and a reminder for your appointment two days before the date. This makes it very easy to remember the appointment. I will definitely come back again. Everyone makes their own choices, but I'd definitely give this place a try. I've read many bad reviews about them, but it looks like they've made an effort to re-train their staff and it worked!
