I called this business to find out how much an oil change would be. I was told $55. I said I need a particular oil and he said that’s fine. I’ve never had an oil change before where I was charged separately for oil. I could have taken my Toyota to the dealership in Nanaimo for an oil change that would have cost about $60 but I wanted to save time. When I went back to pick up my car I was given a bill for almost $200! Not only was I charged for the oil on top of the quote but they changed the filter without asking me first. They even “topped up” my windshield fluid and charged me for that also without asking me first! Unbelievable! When I asked about the higher price they said oil is charged separately but they never told me that beforehand. Bad business practice. I will never go there again for anything. Beware!!
