Petals Plus Florist

CAUTION:I ordered flowers from FTD a week in advance for my girl friend's birthday. They were to be delivered to her work because women love getting flowers where their co-workers can enjoy them too. The arrangement was suppose to be flowers arranged to look like a birthday cake on a reusable white cake platter/platform. The flowers were delivered a day late and it didn't come on a cake plate but a piece of plastic wrapped in crinkled cooking tinfoil. It looked like a child had done it. I complained to FTD and to Petals Plus, but they ignored my complaints. Both sites have quality and delivery guarantees, but they do not honour them. Very disappointed with both FTD and Petals Plus!!
