I talked to them in June and had detailed discussions about repairing my boat, which then I made arrangements to have my boat dropped off right after the long weekend. They said they would be able to turn the job around in two weeks. After 1 week I phone to see how the job is going. They don't remember me and said " I was wonder who's boat that was in the yard". It all came back to them and due to extremely poor service I don't see my boat for almost 4 months. Poor communications, only called me 3 times in 4 months, always went to my voice mail, when I returned the call the person was unavailable and would never phoned back. I always had to go out there to talk to someone.
