We have used this business several times for garage door repairs and depending on who you get, the service seems decent. Their billing practices are unethical. The owner charges way more than his workers and seems to base it on the size of your garage and the car you drive. Case and point: The workers came this summer and did 45 min. of work- bill:$140. Just today, the owner came with one of his workers. The employee told me that there was no charge as they found nothing wrong with the garage but checked with the boss-bill $126. I phoned the owner later and asked what their call out fee was. He said that there was none. Then I told him of the bill he just gave me. He said that it was because they made a special trip up then started asking me if I had a job and if I pay my own benefits!!! I will never use this business again even though the workers good.
