The staff at this franchise are very friendly, and have never ever messed up an order. Even when there are lineups, they don't get stressed out, or make you feel like they are rushing you out the door. That's important to me. They are efficient, and accurate. My subs have always been top-notch. It's hard to critique the food, when its a nationwide chain, but it has always been fresh and never stale or soggy.
