Beth and Ryan are long time Guelphites- growing up in Guelph before moving away to other parts of Canada to grow their professional careers. After starting to raise a family, they realized their tiny Toronto condo just wouldn’t do- so they sold it and moved back to Guelph.
Ryan has successfully completed an almost 20 year corporate career in advertising agencies, marketing departments and most recently as a member of the Sales Leadership Team of a major international consumer packaged goods company. This work experience is unique to the real estate industry and provides a different perspective that his clients view as a refreshing change. Ryan started in real estate in 2015 and has a strong business of referrals, as well as an unmatched marketing plan. Beth left her professional sales career to stay home and raise their three daughters. It was one of her personal goals and what she’s really thankful for. There is a whole new level of negotiation and sales skills (along with marketing!) required with young children, which Beth has mastered. Getting back into the workforce in 2018, she joined Ryan and her skillset qualities have made an immediate impact.
