Very unprofessional. Right from the start when I expressed my concerns that what she had set up for me was not accurate or even close to what I would be doing at work she always replied with for her it was.She never listened to my concerns or worries that what she set up wasn't even close to any of my job commands.The two tasks,yes 2, that's it,that she set up was very controlled and in no way would represent,not even close, to what my job demands would be.I pull and grade lumber for a living, which requires me to pull and flip boards weighing up to 150 lbs for 10 hrs a day.The boards are moving down a chain which requires my body to be slightly bent over and leaning to my right to meet the oncoming moving lumber. I then, depending on the lumber or job, will either pull the board out of the moving chain or flip it to inspect for a proper grade. Margherita had me stand in front of a banquet table a flip a 2 lb board 20 times.
