Day & Ross NFLD Limited

Should have an after hours line. Packages aren't delivered in my area until Saturdays, and when you realize the delivery man made a mistake, and you can't do anything about it until monday, and then have to wait again until next saturday to get it corrected isn't good for business. Hopefully won't have to use UPS, Day& Ross or Sameday again. Very disappointed.
