Kevin Chepil was the best! He was also the most eager broker I have ever had the good fortune to list with. He was prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and courteous. The photos were extremely well done and I have never had a more hard-working realtor before. He gets the gold star in my book and I would recommend him to any prospective seller. Sold in one day and everything was excellent! I would text him and get immediate replies! He respected all of us and cleared up any concerns! He was the best broker we have ever used period and overall we have used 6 over the years. I will say I was extremely impressed with the photographer that he uses.
