Came in on a whim shortly after the morning rush hour (they're right across from the GO station), and though the place was deserted there was a delicious aroma of THE BEST fresh coffee. I didn't even buy any, but asked the man in charge for matchbooks. Like everybody in that line of business these days, he said they didn't carry them but pointed to their selection of 99 cent disposable lighters. Explained I don't like lighters because there's so much plastic waste. Said he'd get in touch with their supplier and see if they could order me some. Not bad for a so-far-unprofitable cold call.
