There are dozens of BBQ Caterers in the GTA- what separates Art of BBQ Smokehouse from the rest is we do more than just BBQ—anyone can flip a burger—we offer an authentic smokehouse BBQ experience that takes smokehouse BBQ to a new culinary level – like smoked quail and Cornish hen stuffed with smoked sausages. Our mouth watering chicken, pork and beef ribs, lamb are simply delicious. We season and marinate our meats in our secret brine for three days, and then are slowly smoked with applewood, cherry, hickory, plum, and pimento-wood. Don’t believe we are different?
