We have a 10- yr old LG Stromm steam washer. It stopped working on a Friday, called Journey Appliance immediately got an appointment for the following Monday. Cameron arrived fully equipped with a new pump in case that was the problem. He arrived on time, examined the old pump we had already removed and had diagnosed as faulty. Within an hour,he installed the new pump and put it all back together. I was extremely surprised how reasonable the total cost was. I will be recommending Journey appliance to all our friend who have an LG washer and drier.
