We had an appointment to clean our ducts out on Sept 11,2018 and was scheduled between 12:00-2:00. Did receive 3 calls saying the technician was running late, but the third call was asked if we were available tomorrow. I lost a day worth of wages, as well as we had our dog booked into the puppy kennel to make it less stressful on everybody. I totally understand about being a little late, but in my opinion to not show at all is unacceptable. Regards, Darin Boonstra
