This cleaner is owned by Korean couple who speaks broken English and especially the wife is extremely RUDE and ARROGANT. She rolled her eyes when I requested how I wanted and told me I do not understand anything about sewing. She did such a lousy job on alteration this time, so I went back there for refund. She got a nerve to deny that that was not her job! She even told me she does not trust me, a customer!!! She thinks I am lying! Strongly NOT recommended to waste money for low quality job and arrogant attitude! This Korean couple has NO IDEA how to treat customers!!!! Awful!!
