contracted to replace gutters and reuse downspouts they left a system that didn't work as the down spout was plugged with past debris. There position was that I did not buy new down spouts from them thus its not up to them to clear pipe or tell the home owner the system will not work. In checking with others in this profession and even providing them a reference that it is normal that re-used pipe is checked to be clear. Keith the owner acting unprofessional claims that I should go into business because I know so much and that every one is laughing at me as I don't know what I'm talking about and that he offered to sell/install new pipes ( thus not have a leaf plug I gather) there were other issues with this install as per his profession referenced to him however home owners expect a system to work when they get the bill.. not the case here and he would only offer to sell new pipe .. not come back and clear the one down pipe that was reused.
