David M. Gardiner was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
David attended and received his Bachelor of Laws Degree at Queen’s University. Prior to studying Law, he received a Degree in Psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa. David is also a proud Raven - he played basketball for the men's varsity team at Carleton. David’s areas of practice include: Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip & Falls, Defective Products, Long Term Disability Claims, as well as many other types of Personal Injury Claims. David’s personal injury practice is based in Ottawa, Ontario, but he handles cases everywhere in Ontario. David is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Lawyer Referral Service, the County of Carleton Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
