Trustworthy and honest. Absolutely wonderful! Is there to help me past panic attacks when my freezer broke down. Repaired freezer with lots of follow up calls (took a couple of days for part to come in) and made sure his temporary repair was still working until that part came in. Of course, if I had a filthy dishwasher, then maybe Mark couldn't be as wonderful, but who would expect that? (see 1 star review, grossly unfair review) I always make sure any repair folks are coming in to a clean work space and a clean appliance. I am hiring a professional and Mark is that!
