HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Took 6 weeks to fix my daughter's tablet. A simple charging port replacement. Kept blaming slow part shipment from China. Dealt with Hassan who became angry and combative when I asked for an explanation about why it took so long and why I never received any phone calls when they said they would call back. Manager/owner Nadeem was conveniently unavailable to discuss a discount on the $60 fee (I looked up the part and it only costs $10). Adamant that it takes $50 in labour to get tablet fixed. Will never use again and recommend you do not as well.
