Myself and a group of 14 construction workers booked with Safeway shuttles on November 30th several other groups booked after us. The company over booked there shuttles called us back asked us for $200 more then asked to push our booking back two hours, asked us to bump 4 guys out when we refused and said it was their issue they rented a 14 passenger and we were forced to stuff everyone in over loading the van and creating a safety issue. When we phoned to complain the manager put us on hold and never picked up again. I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is a poorly operated company with safety issues. Do not use.
