Telecommunication Digitech (Les)

Dont trust them. They will tell you nice things and promise big earnings but in the end you will be working 11h-14h a day for a tiny fraction of the amount promised. You will be making 25000$ a year max if you work 70h a week!! You will be tired daily - sucked up by angry Videotron clients. There is nothing good about this job anyways no matter the subcontracting company. I was introduced to them in 2015 by my buddy and I heard a lot of bad things about the company before applying. I even went on their formation. I did just to make sure the roumors were true and i quitted on 2nd day. Another thing is that they are not direct subcontractor of Videotron, there is Instech Telecom in the middle taking 20% of your income. So you better go work for Instech directly instead. Also they dont pay you for your formation while formation with Instech is paid as it should be. Thanks for reading, I hope they will be out of business soon.
