STAY AWAY! I took my Galaxy S4 to have cracked screen replaced and put on a screen protector. I called before and was told it was possible and would take 20 min. Showed up to be told to wait 2 hours and had some rookie Randy do it who didn't know how to put on the protector . SO MUCH FOR THEM ADVERTISING EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS!! Went back 2x to have the protector put on but they didn't know how and my phone has other issues after the repair! The last time the guy tried 3 protectors and couldn't get it done. He gave me my protector back. Got home and realized he gave me a used protector back! What a moron! Have to take it to a PROFESSIONAL place for proper repair the first time and buy a new screen protector. What a waste of time, gas and money. Called Rick the "owner" and explained. He's a complete knob..didn't once apologize or offer a resolution! He said to call to make an appointment to make sure someone here could put it on! What a joke. Horrible business practice!!!
