C and H Home Renovations

Do not use C and H Home Renovations. I hired them to build an addition and renovate my existing home. After 7 months the Town of Caledon did an inspection and I found out that most of the work they had done was wrong and not to code. I removed them from the project. The inspector told me to get a "real" contractor to come in and fix / remove and rebuild the addition. After doing some research I found out that they had another company before C&H Home Renovations and a complaint in 2013 with the BBB that they never addressed. Be careful when hiring a contractor and stay away from Howard and C&H Home Renovations or whatever name they change to.
