Andrew Larabie Company

Andrew Larabie (aka Drew Larabie) (aka ALCO Construction). Larabie was contracted to install new shingles and fascia. The shingles were very poorly installed. Our roofing inspector referred to Larabie's work as, 'Poor workmanship'. We paid in full, which was a huge mistake, after the shingles were installed. We had 3 separate incidents of shingles falling off within 2 weeks. Larabie refused to install the fascia claiming it was not part of the deal, even though it's written in the estimate. He said he would install new edge drip, but used a mixture of old and new. He also damaged our chimney flashing. He will not return my calls. Be wary of dealing with this guy. He promises much, but severely under-delivers. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (Kingston/Ottawa). And will pursue legal action if the BBB fails to rectify the situation.
