Chase Rubber Paving

I had Chase Rubber put in a patio at a cost of over $3000.00. I called after the first year to have him come out and look at it because it was flaking. He did not show. I called him this year because the problem is worse, he again did not show. I called other places to see what the problem could be and they suspect he did not use enough glue in the rubber. I would think twice about using this company,
