Very similar experience to the person above. Spent over $11,000 with this company for two retaining walls, both are failing. John has blamed the stones used, claims there was nothing wrong with the install, but instead blamed the sub-par product. He then tells me the company they purchased the stones from went out of business there was nothing he could do other than charge me to take down and re-lay, but wanted me to know that the same thing will just end of happening again. All at another cost of $3300. I have since contacted a landscape company and after removing the wall and drainage material it has been confirmed the installation was done incorrectly, and the wrong drainage materials were used. I have photos of all of it as it was being dismantled. It was set up to fail from the beginning. I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
