CAUTION: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I needed some light roof repair and received a flyer in the mail stating that "Cumbrae Roofing" was voted #1 in customer service. I decided to give them a call, it was easy as the flyer had two separate phone numbers. (647-299-4291 & 647-920-4550). I called both numbers on June 2nd 2019 (3:16pm), there was no answer on the first number and I spoke to a male on the 2nd number. He informed me that he would have "Al' call me back either that day or the following day. I never received a call. I called back on both June 6th (left voicemail for "Al") and again on June 22nd where I was told that they would send an employee to my house for an estimate. It is now June 25th, I have never seen an employee or have I ever received a return phone call. I would not recommend this company to anyone as the customer service is extremely poor, which may also reflect on their workmanship. Look elsewhere!
