At Dynamic Discovery, we offer Life Coach & Counselling in Regina & beyond. Our life coaches provide a number of different services, one on one private and confidential counseling services for depression, anxiety, weight & health, ADD & ADHD, addiction, retirement planning, goals, physical, emotional & sexual abuse, PTSD, stress-related disorders and any other thinking, feeling, or doing problems people may have. Our highly trained and professional coaches are available to provide you with confidential one on one sessions, workshops and online programs (coming soon). To arrange an appointment or to speak with someone please go to our website or call us.
Dynamic Discovery will work with you in a safe and constructive way to break down your problems into manageable and understandable pieces, working together to understand and resolve them. If you don’t know what all of the different pieces of the puzzle are, what hope do you have to put the puzzle back together? If you are missing pieces, then the puzzle is impossible to finish. That's where we step in to help. We give you the missing pieces and the tools that you need to solve the whole puzzle, not just parts of it. We offer rapid improvement, it doesn't go on and on Our offices are located at Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada and we offer workshops. Our online programs are coming December 2015.

The traumatic events which occurred most recently in my life took over my thoughts and mind. I would spend much time lamenting about the grief and the guilt that I felt. Dynamic Discovery gave me the tools to help redirect my negative feelings and turn them into positive thoughts. They assisted me to take control of my anxiety and anger in a way that changed how I dealt with people in a more constructive and positive way. As each day goes by, I know now I have great tools to help me live a more peaceful and meaningful life. Later into my sessions I discovered many things about my how childhood effects how I react and behave today. Through revisiting these aspects of my life I have worked through different events to not only understand but also how to let go of how these events have negatively affected me. I now have tools to push away this negativity from my thought pattern. I am also very optimistic that tools which I have gained will aide me to be a better parent and spouse.
