Staff are nice there but the owner is a different story. My brother is a soldier overseas and asked me to send catfood samples to him as there are several mistreated cats there. She denied the staff to give or sell me any samples(even expired ones) I will no longer support any of her businesses( she owns the red deer one as well) and hope everyone else that does knows this information takes a second look before they buy from her.
