That is why Cycle of Health is your fitness studio and wellness centre. We care. You matter to us! Your goals matter, your successes and disappointments matter; what matters to you, matters to us! Cycle of Health is just as committed to your health and fitness goals as you are! Because our fitness classes are limited to 12 participants (6 for TRX) we can ensure your safety and health goals are our priority.
