I have received assistance from Ailia dealing with traumatic stress in my life. She is a person with whom I feel respected enough to open up completely to share difficult experiences and start my process towards healing. I found that the EMDR took me some time to adjust to, but once I became comfortable with it, I began to have profound mind-body connection experiences. Ailia helped me better understand the emotions and physical sensations I was experiencing in my body so that I could let them go.
