Pace Medical Imagining

I attended Alliston Diagnostic Clinic ( previously known as PACE) for a chest xray on wed aug 29th at 8:30 am. I was told that within 48 hours my results would be at my doctors office to follow up. They did not provide the results to my doctor with 48 hours and after following up with them twice on the phone after 7 days the results were still not faxed to my doctor and my doctors office had to phone them as well. At 3:52 on Tuesday sept 4th my doctor had still not received the results and i had to phone alliston Diagnostic again to complete this transaction. When you are dealing with your health this is 100% unacceptable. I will never be returning to Alliston Diagnostic Clinic ever again. Please read reviews for Pace in Alliston as this is the same company but have changed their name due to a negative reputation.
